AbstractConstruction industry is very important for every country especially in developing countries. The role of construction industry in Myanmar is vital to develop because it is still social intelligence of project manager social intelligence of project manager needing a lot of infrastructures. Construction projects are facing some of problems in present. Management performances that affect all stakeholders in project play a main sector to develop construction industry. How the stakeholder management performance affect is also relating with the social intelligence of project managers who lead the projects. This survey was based on quantitative research through questionnaires. This research investigates the links of the social intelligence of project manager and the mediating factors in order to prove the relationship with the stakeholder management performance and to improve the project performance in construction industry in Myanmar. The purpose of this research is to find out and study the mediating factors affecting the relationship between the social intelligence of project manager and stakeholder management performance in construction projects. A questionnaire survey was conducted, and responses were received from 90 construction project managers. After the survey data has been organized, it has been analyzed to give the recommendation on the research.
