| Abstract | In a traditional educational management, training quality and quality assurance have a significant role in university because of the development of educational leadership's strategy. A Decision Support System (OSS) can be used as a strategic tool to due with the quality in educational management. To find out techniques in OSS can be helpful to build an application for improvement of training quality of university's effectiveness and efficiency. Currently, many studies focus on exploring decision making techniques in many areas such as economics, business, and industry. There are only few researchers studying a domain of training quality and quality assurance in education. Compared with some algorithms of OSS, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a good candidate to solve problems in educational management. Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) of OSS, this study focuses on building a model using AHP in order to build a DSS application based on TQM and ISO 9000 factors in educational management. The DSS application using AHP helps leaders hips to make better decision for evaluation in training quality and quality assurance of educational management. This study is applied for a case study of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU). According to the feedback of management and leadership from VNU educational experts, the application of the model in practice is very encouraging and recommended. |
