Abstract | Many people forget the important of themselves to their family well-being because they are confident about their health and safety. However, nobody can guarantee on the future. Therefore, life Insurance can transfer death risk from customer to insurer. The major problems of life insurance are many people who are suffering on premium payment overload, and the face amount of insurance did not enough to protect their family well-being. Also that customer and insurers has a conflict of face amount and premium. Thus, this thesis aims to develop the life insurance recommendation website for being negotiation center between customer and insurers. This website begins implementation on the requirement information such as personal, assets, liabilities, cash outflow, and insurance information for being the input of financial health check service. FHC service uses all of information requirement to calculate face amount and premium. The output of FHC is ideal insurance plan for customer. The First-Price Sealed-Bid SLA negotiation service uses the ideal insurance plan to create first offer and FPSB SLA will call negotiation service in every register insurers by using first Offer ID as input. The output is the Insurance Plan List. Multi Criteria Decision Making service uses the insurance plan list to find the most preferable insurance plan for customer. In conclusion, this thesis achieves all of thesis objectives. |
