Abstract | This case research focuses on studying how to set a business plan for a small company with employee from 1 - 20. It is a business plan for QC service in Vietnam for furniture product . An interesting thing of this case is the owner of Company is also the CEO - Managing Director and researcher. Therefore , all data are transparency. By studying external and internal environment, it helps author and reader understanding about furniture industry in Vietnam; strong points and weak points of Dai Quoc Co., Ltd as well as opportunities and threats for QC service in Vietnam. Through nine steps of establishing a business plan in this research , reader can understand clearly actions in each step from ideas for new business; understand market, competitor s , budgeting , financing , etc... until complete business plan. Budgeting is a very important process to describe the finance situation from start - up until running and operating; it displays by month in the first year , by year in the following year. A short finance report and finance index to evaluate the feasibility of the project . A good business plan is also a marketing tool to attract new investment or new loan when financing. Through the studying, researcher is more confident when setting up a new business plan . It also a good reference for non - business people wants to be owner of a small personal business. |
