Abstract | In the case of rapid exhaustion of the fossil energy resources and daily escalating of oil price, and the coming year of being short of electricity in Viet Nam, water using of river catchment for electrical production is essential for stability of the national economy and reduction of dependence of imported energy. The hydro plant cascade of SeSan river catchment plays a key role in the stability and energy supply for the system. Operation the hydro plant cascade issues problems of water economy using. In the literature, there many operation programming problems: short term programming, long term programming and strategy of water using... in this thesis, short term programming for the hydro power plant on SeSan river is presented. The design and operation data of the plant have been gathering. The turbine, generator, dam... characteristics have mathematically modeled. And the linear programming has been chose for the thesis, the decide variables of the problems are optimal power allocated on the plants; discharge, and elevation of dams also solved. Experiments applied on Sesan river plants present good operation. And the results of the thesis can be applied to other cascades. |
