This research explores and analyzes the state-of-the-art of women labor migration, main factors and problems driving for women`slabour migration, a national legislation framework gap on women labor migration. These facts are explored through conducting of sociological research and gathering information about female labour migration;studying of financial position and research of social portrait of woman migrant worker; analysis of basic problems which theyface abroad;reasons of increasing of scale of women`s labour migration and gender specific factors that subject migrant women to vulnerable state;studyingof reasons of decision making to migrate, working and living conditions abroad;analysis of cooperative processes between NGOs, agencies and employment firmsbecause these organizations support and realize interests of women. The main reasons forgrowth of female labor migration in Uzbekistan are the low living standards, unemployment, lack of jobs, low wages, discrimination at work, abuse, patriarchal traditions in society and lack of social support for single mothers. Marginality of Uzbek women migrant workers shows the overall gender bias in social sphere, as the low status of women, unequal status in the family, the shift towards low-paying sectors of employment. The reasons for the marginalization of women migrants are in the nature of work, which they occupied and the role they play in the economy of host countries. The main niche employments of migrants are the most discriminated against and informal employment segments. Most Uzbekwomen are forced to seek employment abroad because they have no other choice, they have no job opportunities at home, they face a higher risk of poverty and educational inequality, experiencing social discrimination, limited access to resources, economic and social deprivation which are the main mechanisms of social exclusion. Also, the concrete practical recommendations for empowerment of women in economic and social status have been developed in this researchto address programs of key government agencies and NGO active in ameliorating the problems of female labor migrants.
