AbstractAt present, several organizations have increased their interest and concern in Information Technology management framework. The common framework which is already implemented in organizations is Service Level Management framework. This framework is a part of Information Technology Infrastructure library. However, the .framework did not provide any relative important of its components and the processes. According to the framework, this paper tries to explore the relation of each Service level management's component to implementation success level and to develop the ontology for corporations interested in Service Level Management implementation. The methodologies used in this paper are survey and expert walkthrough. The study uses this technique for finding the success definition and influential Service level management's components for implementers. The walkthrough technique is used to verify compatibility and completion of Service Level Management Ontology. The result of study uncovers the relation between Service Level Management's components and Service Level Management implementation success rate. It shows that the influential components have significantly positive impact to the success rate.
