AbstractDispute wastes lots of money for courts and accusers. There are some trials without authentic evidences; it can be delayed very long time or even without the limitation of time if the appellant does not appeal. BBB dispute solution department is a component of Better Business Bureau Organization with help two sides, the plaintiffs and the defendant to mediate and find a suitable solution. A person can come to BBB website to file a complaint about business in order to carry out a dispute. However, the current BBB system is lack are commendation system to support the complainer how to file a complaint with sufficient evidences. Further, it is also lack of the legal infrastructure to bind the complainer with the given information. From these problems, this study proposes an Online Support for Dispute Resolution System supporting BBB dispute solution department in solving these problems. It applies the case based reasoning system in order to guide the complainer what kind of evidences they need to have a valid complaint. Moreover, it also suggests the similar case to his case for reference. In addition, this system uses electronic signature for binding the complainer with the given information he made so far, making the legality for this information. From the achievements of this system, it contributes significantly in online dispute resolution as well as the feasibility of an online court in the future.
