AbstractRadar system fundamental and synthetic aperture radar signal processing are presented for image formation through walls using a distribute radar sensor network. Both of these theoretical are studied to understand the concept of radar system and synthetic aperture radar signal processing for target detection and image formation in I-D and 2-D. The simulation results verify the proposed radar system and synthetic aperture radar for through wall image formation. Sonar experiments are taken in to account to study radiation pattern, minimum and maximum range that the signal can detect target.
