AbstractWith current magnetic recording system will be growth up to high capacity to support more data information (media, Visual, picture, movie, information in business ect.).There are higher data storage is will impact to magnetic recording system how to make it happen with good reliability performance. Hard disk drive which is use for data storage become increase capacity, is an importance part of all part in computer system in order to keep the huge volume of information and it require the large capacity of the hard disk drive in order to storage, which the size of hard disk drive will design towards smaller and smaller, from that smaller which will be impact to the mechanism of the component part and function test will be reduce to necessary to reach these technology requirement in order to improve the capacity and performance of the hard disk drive. The magnetic recording head is fabricated on a special air-bearing (ABS) slider and is flying over the magnetic medium. Today's products have very low flying height, usually 10 nm or less. The head is attached to a suspension with proper electrical interconnects for write and read heads. The suspension is mounted on a rotary actuator arm, capable of moving the head assembly over the magnetic medium. Flying height gap between read/write element to get high performance the one is concern the angle of slider head interaction with the disk. This is the mechanical parameter which call Static attitude (SA). The Static attitude is combine 2 parameters which is Pith Static Attitude (PSA) and Roll Static Attitude (RSA). The main function in term of mechanical which is Static Attitude (SA) it will be need to control in assembly process it should be tighten to control variation during has to assembly HGA to meet the requirement with current process without any investment to control cost of HGA per units.
