| Abstract | The subject of Integrated Management System (IMS) in term of ISO 9001, ISO 18001 and ISO 14001 has become of increasing interest in the public and private sector industries, especially in medium and large companies in Vietnam that is one country of WTO organization. The main focus of this research is to investigate how to establish and improve the current management system from different standards and company cultures. This research is based on empirical study carried out in Petrovietnam Gas Corporation –a medium-large company in Vietnam, involving the application of a survey by use of questionnaire. The aim of the established IMS is to seek for a framework to help integrate the processes of common management systems. The research also highlights the development and implementation of intimate objectives of the IMS so as to ensure the sustainability of the company. |
