| Abstract | One of the most critical problems which have been a ddressed a lot in fabrication process es is the impact of quality control . Even the fabrication procedure has been strictly followed up, however , there have always been a number of defective products. In many cases it took us a lot of time and costs to corr ect the defect s that have incurred at the beginning of the process but only be found at the end of the process. This research is, therefore, conducted to analy ze the weakness point s in the fabrication process of PTSC Offshore Services Company Limited in Vietnam , After thoroughly analyzing the fabrication process , the researcher have identif ied that the main reason that causes most of the defects of product is the lack of a quality control system applied during fabrication stages. Base d on th e research results , the author have developed a framework for a quality control system to be applied in every stages of this fabrication process in order to make sure that the quality of produc t is controlled at all steps of the process. |
