Abstract | This case study considers the PVFCCo’s fertilizer distribution network. The supply chain considered in this research is a multi-stage supply chain that includes plants, distribution centers, dealer and customers. A logistics network mathematical model is developed which aims at minimizing the total cost of the supply chain, and a distribution plan will be issued to help supply chain manager to make decision. Computer program for solution propose using LINGO software is derived to solve the model. |
