AbstractOrganizations of all kinds are attempting to apply international management standard tomanage their enterprises. In the present time, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, andOHSAS 18001:2007 are appropriate choices of small and medium industrial enterprises.Many organizations have undertaken Quality - Health - Safety & Environment system(Q-HSE System) reviewing or auditing to assess their management system performance.They apply and develop these standards in the background of growingly strictlegislation, the competition of fiercely economical development, and the requirement ofviable and sustainable business and production, and expression of related parties inincreased concern about Q-HSE issues.However, applying and developing separately the three management systems at thesame time may not be efficient because enterprise’s resources and budget are limited.These systems need to be integrated into a unit management system within theorganization to provide the assurance that the required performances not only complies,but also will continually meet to fulfill requirements of legislation and policy,achievement of economic objectives, and satisfactoriness of interested parties.As a result, this study examines the application of the integrated management system ofISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 through performing riskassessment of non-routine maintenance works at Phu My Fertilizer Plant to recommendeffectively preventive solutions to avoid incidents or accidents occur throughout thewhole enterprise.
