Abstract | The silicon microphone is one of the most commonly measured sounds and is widely used in variety of applications such as computer, hearing-aid, iPod and voice communication. The integrated circuit of the silicon microphone is very important for signal processing such as signal amplifier and converts the analog signal to digital signal. The integrated circuit in the silicon microphone will be designed by using CMOS technology. In our design interface circuit and A/D converter will be used as the key design the circuit. The A/D converter is fourth-order switched capacitor single loop low-pass delta sigma modulator. We will test circuit by using simulation tools like Cadence. |
