AbstractThe purpose of this study were to analyze and evaluate causes of delay and time delay of subsea installation in part of flowline, manifoldsand jumpersby using probability and statistic. For research methodology, the first step was to study and understand subsea installation processes. Then, field development plan had to be assumed and generated by data from some companies. The second step was to generate schedule of subsea installation. The data would be received from expert engineers and some documents. Next step was to find critical path by using Microsoft Project 2016. Then, the causes of delay were identified, and distributions were determined by analysis of delay data. The third step was to evaluate delay by using Monte Carlo Simulation to generate modelsand find probability of delay to occur. The result of Monte Carlo Simulation would give the resultsof models, minimum of delay, maximum of delay, mean of delay and standard deviation. The forth step was Solution of management planning which had to plan after evaluated delay by Monte Carlo Simulation. Finally, the resultsof this study was the most critical which was weather downtime and some equipment such as crane failure. From the resultsof this study can be applied for protection and prevention of projects which have importance because if projectsplanning is not good, theycan delay and need to lose cost for project delay.
