AbstractIn Thailand, housing development stimulates the country economic growth and drive the infrastructure development which add the value to the land and the city. Thanyaburi, one district of Pathumthani province, is the study area where population growth boost significantly along Rangsit - Nakorn Nayok Road. Meanwhile, land price defined by government is varied with the distance from CBD. This study aims to explore and study the land price with land suitability along Rangsit – Nakorn Nayok Road which is one example of population growth along the road. The land price and land suitability has been discussed and compared based on available data. The Fuzzy Logic has been applied as the multi-criteria decision support system for housing suitability selection along with help of Geographic Information Systems to analyze and map the target suitability land for housing.
