Abstract | Nowadays, the rate s of heart disease are increasing with many people who are stressful living conditions . Also people who living in remote areas are difficult to go to hospital or main clinic are as in immediately times . M easuring and monitoring health have a vital role for the people having heart disease . Since the improvements in the informatics and the communication technologies are very influence the medical field recently, the e - health monitoring systems obtain the continuous invasive or non - invasive physiologic data through the electrodes or sensors . These data are taken and processed for the purpose of diagnosis, treatment or both . Thus, communication between doctor in a hospital and patient in remote areas are very convenient . In this study was develop ed the monitoring and alert system for heart patient in remote areas by using sensors and mobile application . R esearcher use three different sensors including blood pressure ( sphygmomanometer ) , oxygen in blood ( SPO2 ) and body temperature which connect to e - Health Sensor Platform ( microcontroller board ) for the system . T his study were four param eters by including heart rate, oxygen in blood, blood pressure which was two parameters Systolic and Diastolic , and body temperature . In addition, a rchitecture system was divided by two parts between mobile application of patient and web platform of doctor site . Patient site has sensors connect with the microcontroller then they have to connect with smartphone via Wi - Fi signal for sending data . All data was sent to database server after all parameters were stored in smartphone . Doctor site can view reporting and alerting of information which getting from database server on application smartphone and web platform of each patients . Reporting both w eb platform and smartphone is supporting with doctor site, but patient site can view their information only smartphone . The reporting shows all information of each patient and also graph summary by monthly or recent histories . Alert system has to notify for doctor site on web platform and application smartphone when patient happens in high risk case . Moreover, counseling from doctor to patient can send via e - mail which is very convenient for doctor site . Furthermore, t he analysis of alert system is very important for checking status of the patient . There has to check by comparison with each level s of all condition which are embed in server site . When parameters which were archived of patient are high risk case, notification show to doctor site on web and smartphone . Hence, notification was happened by showing depend on patient status and all parameter s of conditions . |
