AbstractThis study aimed to use subjective assessment to generate the questionnaires to survey to the people and generate the map by using GIS approach, Multi criteria Decision Analysis, Weight linear combination and Thiessen polygon. The maps were produced from the field survey answer from 643 respondents in Ruessey Keo district, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. There are 16 indicator maps were produced such as street cleanliness, road condition, housing quality, security, governance, healthcare, public transportation, waste management, neighborhood interaction, water provision, electricity provision, quality of education, tax rate, income, market price and occupation opportunity. Those 16 indicators were grouped into physical domain, social domain and the economic domain. Regarding this, there are three domain maps were generated by using the ranking priories scale from the field survey. The results obtained result of the total perception of the people that 52.10% are given an average of quality of life, 30.95%are above average, 16.02% are below average, 0.78% are excellent of quality of life and there are only 0.16%are poor quality of life
