Abstract | This thesis presents the development of software for analyzin g the offshore structure. The thesis software is combined from two softwares. The first of them is GID commercial software which has function as a user interface in pre - process and post - process. The second is MiniFEM software is a finite element engine for solving process. MiniFEM is the finite element analysis program and written in FORTAN language. The thesis software can model offshore structure in 2D and 3D under static loading conditions including the simple wave force. Finally, the thesis software was tested with five examples. The results from those are compared with other methods and softwares. The test results have a satisfactory comparison. |
