Abstract | Nowadays, Labor safety plays an important role in Industrial Manufacture all over the world, especially developing countries, Viet Nam for examples. The aim of this thesis is to research Safety Law and Regulations of Viet Nam influence on safety management in construction. According to the data of Viet Nam Statistical Office, accidentin construction makes up the largest proportion compared to other industries in recent years. Besides, serious accidentin the main construction projecthas recently been alarming to State as well as organizations in construction.In order to minimize terrible accident in labor and improve safety in manufacturing, organizations must consider safety carefully under conscience and morality of human. Furthermore, they need to set up and complete labor safety management system. Once the level of national science and technology are still backward and the sense of labor is low, the application and compliance of laws and regulations on occupational health and safety is the most important key to solve labor accident problems and improve occupational safety and health system. |
