AbstractThe report shows the important issues in organization of design consulting companies such as: corporate strategy development, organizational structure corporate governance implementing project design and consultant services. The report also mentioned other issues affecting to the organizational structure and culture, leadership and resources ... etc. Company organization is the skeleton to develop corporate governance. Organizational structure with strict and reasonable science model will effectively control the company's contempt and efficiently perform tasks and projects. This study, which refers to the theories and practices of the management process, builds institutions adjusted to suit the company development strategy, in line with infrastructure projects development in the design phase. The issues in question are that should organization of consulting company follow what model? How should project governance be performed by projects consulting organization? How can a company restructuring be performed in the form of a joint stock company derived from state - owned enterprises?... This study summarizes the factors, including the development of corporate strategy, organization administration, project management and design consultancy. Through a case study in a current design consultancy, organizational issues and the structure of implementing of the project design company will be analyzed. Some proposed solutions are proposed to help the consulting company in studying and improving the current status in the course of corporate development and implementation of the project design and consultant services
