| Abstract | Currently social housing needs in Kien Giang province are very large, the provision of social housing in the public sector and private sector housing shortage, lack of land for social housing. The objective of the project is to compare the effectiveness of investment between public and private Social Housing projects. The scope of the research focuses on comparative public projects and private projects in social housing.Methods must first identify the problem, designing the questions, data collection and research. After that, data analysis was employed to interpret collected data and used to analyze the characteristics and interaction between relationships involved in order to explain the underlying of the research problems by both qualitative and quantitative methods. The final step is finding of this study, then carry out conclusions and recommendations. The result used to strengthen the role of public sector and private sector provision of social housing.On the basis of the principle of resolving housing policy and appropriate for all audiences in the province society is essential.However,to implement development programs in the province, it should be accompanied by measures such as public financing initiative, prevent speculative housing, the housing development fund. |
