Abstract | The construction Industry is typically complex and dynamic in nature during the planning and control of a project. Most of the researches have been conducted and are being conducted on different project planning and controlling system that strengthens the working process in a construction project. Some have been focused on particular functions such as scheduling, estimations and change control in project. In most of studies, the focus is on the improvement of existing method of approaches and refinement of certain process in project. In most of the cases we do notice the interoperability between some problems that occur during planning and control of project. This is still less than a commonality rather than an exception. This study is an attempt to explore the different types of uncertainties that occur in different during the progress of project. From the journals referred it can be noticed that the introduction and implementation of Integated Technology in the construction project may reduce the impact of Dynamic environment on the progress of work and helps in integrated planning and control of project. The establishment of transparency in the exchange of information between the organizations improves the efficiency in planning and progressing of work from phase to phase which gradually decreases the cost of uncertainty effect on the project. In general, during the progress of a project the uncertainties that arise during construction are dynamic in nature, but later they are considered as statically one. Due to which as the work is in progress there might be a delay in schedule and overrun occurs often. The present study is the identification of dynamic level impact on a construction project and identification of integrated technology being implemented in construction industry. |
