AbstractThe purpose of this study was to explore the role of SCB English Lab that can meet the expectations in developing English communication skill of Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) Employees in headquarter. The population used was 3 employee groups. There are 51 learners (current & former), 21 learners' supervisors and 68 non-learners, the researcher used questionnaires to gather the views of the employees to analyze the current target. The current target group is the employees who have the corporate title as officer 1 and up. In addition, to study the feasibility of expanding Lab to cover new target groups at all levels in headquarter. The finding revealed that SCB English Lab is accepted and satisfied by the employees. And it is possible to expand the Lab and increase opportunities for new target groups.
