This research investigates the differences between Chinese and Vietnamese through specific conflict cases that really happened in Chinese companies in Vietnam and in some cases the author has been actively involved. To have a more comprehensive understanding about the characteristics and personalities of the two countries, the author has carried out a brief survey and several interviews with Chinese staff and Vietnamese staff. The results of this research provides insights about cultural differences between Vietnamese and Chinese and can be used as guidelines when cooperating across the Vietnamese and Chinese culture. |
