AbstractVietnam economy has achieved good growth rate since two decades. This is a good sign for the Vietnamese people and the Government. However, the international support has gradually decreased for different aspects, even on environmental protection. A company, who is functioning in environmental protection consultancy, should have appropriate marketing strategy to penetrate more and more in the domestic market. This research analyzes the changing situation of such company to recommend solution for improving its market strategy. The company will develop its operation without dependence on support from international projects or programs in future.
