Abstract | If a company wants to achieve and be well developed, it needs to have the right competitive strategy. Especially in this period, the electricity market in Vietnam is being restructured to become a competitive market. It requires that all the generation companies, hydro-power or thermal power must have the right strategy. Rarely companies adapted to the newly competitive market because strategy. PPC also is one of these companies. As no reasonable strategy about generation change, sale and service, electricity price and relationship among departments in operation, benefit and value of the company as well, the detailed analysis of these factors to create strategy for PPC will support the long-term development of the company. |
