AbstractDurability properties of repair concrete are evaluated in this study. The main objective in this study is to determine the durability properties of repairing concrete. Three different casting methods of repair concrete are considered, normal concrete,self-compacting concrete and preplaced aggregate concrete. The durability was compared with the comparison with the control concrete; in term of concrete were determined the compressive strength, free shrinkage, cracking tendency, chloride ion penetrability, carbonation depth and sulfate attack. The results showed that the replacement of fly ash and additional expansive agent can improve the durability. the free shrinkage test (<500 microstrain) and crack tendency (No crack at 28 days) of concrete with fly ash replacement is better than that of control. On chloride ion penetrability of concrete, increasing fly ash in repairing concretes are better performance than control concrete when compared at 28 and 60 days curing time. But, the results of carbonation depth of concrete replaced fly ash at 28 days curing time increased when fly ash replacement is increased.
