AbstractThis research deals with a study of the flow model inside production tubing of production well with actual production data of Black Panther Reservoir. Based on the detailed design, actual well working and theory of flow model well, the models to calculate the pressure losses inside production tubing were constructed. Adjustments to the flow model were made including the PVT and MPLT (Memory production logging tool) data. Two production wells with available PVT data were selected for the study. The flow model was first calibration with the PVT parameters of the first well and then used to predict the pressure loss in the second well This research focused on mechanical model of adjustment for multi-phase flow inside production tubing to build the curve that can match the actual measurement data to help solving problems in stimulation of production wells of Cuu Long JOC. The mechanistic model developed in this study can be applied to calculate the pressure loss inside the production tubing of other wells in Black Panther Reservoir
