Abstract | During the years with a expandability investment Cement of project in Vietnam. Many more new cement factories into operation by the end of 2006 and during 2009, such as Ha Long, Thang Long, Hoang Long cement companies with Holcim, Chin Phong, Nghi Son, Cam Pha, etc.. , with a new technology, modern machinery, competitive price, high quality and the method of managements modern, which will burst the supply source of the cement industry. Penetration of new markets and stability in the current market will face much difficulty and competitive pressure will be, HT1 has to exert more effort to enhance its ability to compete in the market by developing its competitive advantage. With the main product, new technology, and largest number of machinery and Human resource (management and workforce) effectiveness is a key factor in commercial performance, and in the future it will be more strategic to competitive success. In the next few years, the many challenges and opportunities set up for Ha Tien 1, when finish construction and assemble machinery line of Binh Phuoc plant and Southern grinding station adding new technologies and expanding outputs with the possibility of merging Ha Tien 1 and 2 will put a higher premium on management and workforce performance, skill and economic efficiency. The skills of the labour were assessed and, more importantly, the enterprise training approach was reviewed for adequacy in terms of approach. This research analyzes the opportunity, threat, strengths and weakness training and development human resource (management workforce skills) providing the solving to Cement Ha Tien 1. |
