| Abstract | Myanmar has been on the way of changing all sorts of sectors including politic, economic, and social recent years. Among all these changes, construction business is changing rabidly to compare with all other sectors and it has unpredictably manner of its direction of change. This case study reflect how does the private own enterprise try to struggle in the changing world of country and in the changing world of business in Myanmar. The success of business rely on the good quality and good service of the company .It is not easy to satisfy the customer ,but it is possible to make them to be satisfy when there are many tight recourses and rigid competition among the rivals. It is more difficult to change the mindset of the employee to carry out total quality control in the private enterprise, but it is possible to do it .It is the most difficult to implement to Total Quality Control in the work, but it is possible to do it. |
