AbstractVietnam’s economic, though in the developing period has also been seriously impacted and released the internal weakness since the global financial crisis in 2008. Real Estate and Financial Industries, which were booming in the hot period of 2005 –2008, are mostly vulnerable. Their impacts and consequences prolonged up to now that made the real estate frozen and financial resources dried out. Unfortunately, none could predict the sign of recovery in a near future. The objective of this Research Project is to review and evaluate the methods of financing for Vietnamese Real Estate Companies. With the topic “Financing for Vietnamese real estate companies” my further targets is below: ‐ The companies should recognize the importance of financial management in business. ‐ The companies to find the good and flexible solution in financial management in any context even the difficult situation of market. ‐ The company has a good finance management will has more potentials to develop. ‐ Emphasize the internal risk management. ‐ Summary and Recommendation of the methods of financing for Vietnamese Real Estate companies are the results. The analysis cumulated from the survey and other documents are the evident to prove the recommendation. Using the capital structure in efficient way based on the recommendation or summary of the methods of financing. Applying better and flexible financial resources, the companies will have stronger position, valuation and advantages, particularly for those companies who can survive in current difficult changing market.
