AbstractThe telecommunication industry in Thailand is getting much more severe and competitive. The deregulation, the intense competition, the thin down of margin, the convergence of technologies and services, all of these lead to the “lean operator” concept. The faster to adapt, the more flexible, the more customer-focused the operator is, the better it can survive. There are several big plans/projects to address these challenges in the primary and supporting value chain, such as network improvement and expansion, product innovation, customer relationship management and branding. The business process becomes an important key factor of success. The purpose of this company project is to find the way how CAT can improve on performance, be more efficient, mitigate risk and be the first service provider the customer thinks of lead to the process redesign.
