AbstractCash availability is the lifeblood of the organization. With it, assuming there is proper management and economical, efficient, and effective operations, the company can grow and prosper and without it the organization perishes. Without cash, the enterprise is unable to meet payroll, pay vendors, or make requisite tax payments. While the profit is a periodic measure, which is calculated monthly, quarterly, and annually; Cash, however, is a daily concern. Managing an optimization cash flow at ANG is the critical mission as the company is always eager of cash. As a fast growth trading company, the cash management somehow not meets the requirement of the business. There are also some of problems in Cash flow management at ANG that affect the operation and management at present and are a barrier to the development of the company in the future. Therefore, optimizing Cash flow management is very necessary to increase the competence of the company to cope with changes and increase the implementation efficiency. This research first introduces ANG business and presents the current status of Finance & Accounting function in practices. It then analyzes and finds out problems in the Cash flow management at present. Finally, it proposes solutions to optimize the Cash flow management at ANG.
