Abstract | Surveying is a sector of construction industry but its role is underestimated. Within the research is the summary of business of DIAHAI, one of the top three companies in the field of surveying in the Southern of Vietnam. Using the internal and external factors collected through interviewing and survey, a picture of strengths – weaknesses – opportunities and threats of the company has been revealed. Based on that analysis, a few recommendations were suggested to the managers of DIAHAI so they can select suitable strategies for the company to be improved and developed. |
