Abstract | Cooking which is tedious and time consuming is essential part of job in daily routine. In the modern society, everyone is busy with their works and give less time for cooking normal food. Therefore automated food making machines are popular in market and industry. In addition different types of cookware devices are available in market. For industry, hotel and public area cooking machine and robots are invented, which help people to save time and energy, be easy to use, give massive products. In some places cooking robots are implemented as an electronic appliance in kitchen room. This thesis provides the designated container design fixed in the omelet machine. Also, speed control was applied to open the container, drop the amount of salt powder, stir and turn the bowl containing omelet mixture. Moreover temperature making omelet is tested by food thermometer. Finally experimental and analytical results of making omelet have been made on the machine. |
