Abstract | Business strategic management is being used increasingly as means for doing business and business entered around internal and external analysis has become commonplace. It is therefore necessary and advantageous for companies to understand the business strategies in short term and long term, as well as to be able to determine the risks of external environment into their business and determine alternative business strategies for their long term development. The objective of this research is to introduce solutions and recommendations which are able to produce optimal business strategies for maximizing total benefits for S.E.S. The solutions and recommendations are calibrated to reflect actual the company’s characteristics as well as combining with external environment analysis. For that, the fundamental concepts and theories of business strategies and business strategic management is presented to the extent it is necessary to understand them for the research framework. Furthermore, the author also applied Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis as a foundation for the research. |
