AbstractIn the globalization, business activities of enterprises are affected by the factors of all the international business. When Vietnam joined WTO, negotiation with the member organizations, especially after House of Representatives passed regulations PNTR (Permanent Normal Trade Relations) for Vietnam, Vietnam became a member of this organization, predicts will soon be implemented. Previously involved with the "ASEAN free trade area” (AFTA), Vietnam has become a part of the ASEAN market and has changed many policies as well as dismantling of barriers to export - import in trade. Coming here, when Vietnam join the WTO Vietnamese government will have to adjust more on policies, this requires Vietnamese companies to further improve the operation of to integrate well. Tin Nghia company is a business company operated manufacturing business sectors in the market, contributing to the economic development of the country, so the strategic goals and policies adjusting to conform with the general development and in accordance with the force's current company is very important. The targets of the company are "Sustainable Development" and continuing to develop and expand many industries, new business, more investment in new projects to start on time is the general orientation.
