Change for development : the case of Sonacons

Abstractsince 1978. In Early 2000, the company changed to shareholding entity after being equity with 51% of shares that owned by parent company – Sonadezi - that is Government Company. Since that, revenues of Sonacons have increased continuously in 5 years with growth rate of 20%/ year. In 2007, Sonacons is the one of company that has the highest revenues in Dong Nai. In the last three years, the revenue of company has declined because of some reasons that are internal and external reasons. The key factors are internal. In word, the biggest problem that Sonacons is facing is the structure of company and the way of management. That is they divided their manpower and other resources into six enterprises which operate independently in organization as well in finance. The case research put forward to the Board of Director of company some solutions that are core approaches to overcome this situation. This will ensure the development of the company in future.
