AbstractElectronic commerce was introduced with the development of technology which has changed the way of doing business drastically. The popularity of internet led the industry around the globe to a new era and banks started to offer services through internet i.e. online banking. In Bhutan online banking is still at nascent stage. Thus this paper is aimed to validate the conceptual model of online banking Quantitative research survey was carried out and perception were measured using several identified variables such as usage, efficiency, accessibility, reliability, availability, awareness, security, and convenience etc. To identify the contributing factor so that online banking can be used by more people. This will help the banking operation to be more cost effective. Further, user satisfaction with currently available banking modes and limited services of internet are the main reasons not to use internet banking. This paper provides the overall picture of ATM and internet banking user’s status in Bank of Bhutan limited.lastly, for the better performance of online banking i.e. ATM and Internet banking service offering in BOBL, paper has given some recommended suggestions
