AbstractSaigon Manufacturing Trading Corporation (SMC) is a ready- mixed- concrete supplier, operating in the market with tough competition and so much unpredictable uncertainty. Customers are more informed and more easily to shift into other suppliers because the product is homogenous. The pressure of this industry is short lead time which has strongly affected to the product quality and the rate of progress of construction sites. Thus, the agility and reliability from the suppliers are major characteristics which has considerably effects to the company’s operation. The study is based on the theory on supply chain management and agile supply chain in which the concepts of supply chain entities, true agility, collaboration as well as suppliers’ crucial role are mainly focused. In addition to improving the IT infrastructure and process, the necessity of development the supply chain - suppliers relation is also referred to as one of the most effective solutions for current problem of company, the supply capacity is declining while the plants were not working at full capacity. A number of recommendations are also raised in the last chapter to indicate some practical issues which should be paid more attention to best work the solution
