Abstract | Education plays a very important role in Viet Nam. It is considered to be the most important field together with health care. The government has got many policies to encourage the development of education and it is supported vigorously by people. Most Vietnamese people have a traditional fondness for learning although they are rich or poor. More Vietnamese students received scholarships to study at famous universities in the world and have won awards. More and more students have research works which are highly appreciated and have value in life. The education in Viet Nam has changed very much. More schools, colleges and universities were found in all parts of the country. More teachers have higher levels of education from famous universities. The number of students is increasing very fast. The quality in teaching and learning has improved. Therefore, what should Dong Nam College of Economics and Technology do to manage their relationship? This research analyses the importance of the students’ relationship management, understanding the students’ need and and recommendations to develop the school in the future. |
