Abstract | In the recent years, customer retention is not a new thing and has being kept such an important role in the survival of any business. This element should be seen as prime importance since there are significantly acquisition costs to attract or build relationships with new customers. Therefore, as well as companies can retain their customers to repeat purchasing or using their goods/services that will be beneficial for them. At least it will help reduce marketing costs and ensure to increase revenues. The purpose of this final project is to focus on how to improve customer relationships for American Academy English Center Vung Tau in this year 2016. It will be analyzed on retaining and managing long-term relationship with customers based on understanding customers’ needs, how company has acted to support its business and utilized all resources. The project will mention about personal recommendations and changes needed to make. In my report, I will use knowledge that I have learned from Change management, Strategic Management, Marketing, Service Marketing as the priority and from other course such as Human Resources management and Innovation management to support my idea in development the thesis. I understand the knowledge is endless and will be updated frequently and my understanding is limited. However, with all of my learning and experience from my study and work, I will try my best to create a better strategy for my company’s development and I hope to get constructive criticism not only from my advisor but from my colleagues as well. The chance is an experience for me to have an overall look at the firm’s business and chance for myself to give back to the company from what I have received. |
