AbstractOrganization culture is the system of culture values which is created throughout the process of developing the company. It becomes indispensable part of company that including core values, ethical standard, customs and tradition. It impacts the operation of business and affects the conceptions and behaviors of employees for implementing and achieving the goals of company. It can create the difference between companies and can make the company become unique. A company with a culture of enthusiasm, responsibility and motivation will directly influence the success and prosperity of a company. Understanding the importance role of organization culture, EVN has issued the document of EVN culture and assigned it for all subsidiaries to implement it in recent years. This document is a declaration of EVN about the core values, ethical standards and commitment to country development. The Power Transmission Company No 4 (PTC4) is one of big subsidiaries of EVN that is implementing the EVN culture ineffectively. So this situation needs the research in practical perspective in order to examine and identify the real issues during conducting EVN culture. Afterward, the proposed appropriate solutions tackle existing problems
