| Abstract | In the Union of Myanmar, road transportation is being implemented as the fundamental sector for national infrastructure development under the leadership and guidance of the Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Now, Ministry of construction is trying to implement Quality Management System in each department of Road, Bridge and Building. This case study is to study of the QMS in literature review, to develop proposal QMS for DOH and to identify strength and weakness.
