| Abstract | Design is a critical stage where the project shall be shaped. However, it’s not easy to manage design successfully because design is the meeting of minds and design work is not measurable and quantitative. Managing design quality is the action to combine innovation with rules. The main point of this research is to apply the theory of Quality Management System in design management of a design firm. The scope of this research is to find errors, mistakes, and inappropriateness of current design procedures of ICIC Company and propose changes to improve them. |
