Abstract | Zuellig Pharma Vietnam is doing distribution business in Vietnam therefore labor forces are one of the most important assets to contribute to the company’s success. Recently the turn-over was increased from 15% to nearly 30% and the rest of current employees were not motivated to work that caused many complaints from customers and partners. The author of this report is working for HR Department aims to develop sustainable engagement to help the employees satisfy with the environment working and increase their commitment, high productivities and support the company to grow sustainably. In order to make this Study, the author conducted an employee opinion survey nationwide and analyze the data by excel to explore the disconnect between employee and employer’s views on what attract and retain a productive workforce and identify which areas HR Department should focus to minimize this gap. Based on the survey results, the author will deeper on finding to make specific solutions, recommendations and implementation plans to develop the great working environment at the company. |
