| Abstract | The research is presented an overview of the process of formation and development of Viettel Mobile, the current organizational structure with the functions, duties and carry condition operation information technology services. Simultaneously authors analyzed the business environment to identify opportunities and risks from the external environment can bring in current or future hybrid and identify strengths and weaknesses in the business IT services of Viettel Mobile. The result is the analysis on the basis to build and provide orientation and propose some solutions business to promote the information technology services of Viettel Mobile. |
