| Abstract | The tourism industry of Mekong Delta has both opportunities and challenges brought by
its rapid development. There should be implemented actions to improve the products of
Mekong Delta by carry out the measures on ecological, life style of the local people and
cultural and other relevant should carry out strategies, programs and integration.
The project report analyzes on the strengths and the weakness of the region of Mekong
delta tourism and relate on external factors. The result helps the region to solve problem
and maintain, then to implement some recommendations may help the region more
competitiveness.
In order to develop tourist product in Mekong Delta, it is necessary to carry out many
solution, among them are studying the tourism markets and designing the regional
tourist products to meet the needs; improving and assuring tourist product quality;
diversifying tourist products; conserving and promoting Mekong delta tourist resources;
concentrating investment on exploiting MICE markets; developing new products;
promoting and policing tourism and other supporting measures |
